Future State Process Flows

Once your collaboration on Future State Scripts and Use Cases plateaus, translate the content into process flows. Like the Current State Process Flow, the swim lane format records the unambiguous sequence of actions, logic branches, alternative paths, and actions that can occur in parallel. Presumably, the Future State Process Flow omits and excludes the old sub-optimal steps and wasteful handoffs.
Attention to detail is critical in Future State Process Flows since disagreements, changes, and decisions are much less expensive in this collaboration space versus the next collaboration space in Design work.

Do we emphasize Context Management over Content Management?

While drafting, reviewing, and revising Future State Process Flows, monitor the morale of your ensemble.
