Hi, I’m Robert Snyder.
I’m the Founder & President of Innovation Elegance.
The innovation world continues to mention the terms VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous), BANI (brittle, anxious, non-linear, incomprehensible), and RUPT (rapid, unpredictable, paradoxical, tangled). No, we shouldn’t surrender to the chaos. Yes, we need to innovate how we innovate. Yes, we can innovate with elegance. Innovation Elegance proposes how.
Organizations need discipline and empathy – intense levels of both. A project plan using and reusing Five Verbs provides intense levels of discipline and empathy – the rigor qualifies as Ruthless Grace.
The Five Verbs are Draft, Review, Revise, Approve, Distribute. The Five Verbs improve on the traditional RACI matrix. When you avoid Verb Sprawl, you avoid micro-management and focus on only what will be valuable to your future team. The Five Verbs help you minimize meeting gridlock, email overload, fatigue, and burnout.
If you are executing a methodology that emphasizes software, you are in Methodology Debt. What makes innovation difficult is not the software, it’s people. The difficulty is rooted in people – how we interact, govern, collaborate or fail to collaborate with each other. When you execute a methodology like Innovation Elegance, you get out of Methodology Debt.
My business management consulting services distinctively help you transcend Agile, manage with Ruthless Grace, get out of Methodology Debt, organizing with just Five Verbs. Combat VUCA with Innovation Elegance!
