Another great framework for spot feedback is “ORS” which stands for Observation, Reaction, and Suggestion. Written or spoken, it is easy to be concise.

ORS lowers the barrier to give spot feedback. It helps the coach ensure their feedback is helpful and constructive.

Another helpful phrase in giving feedback … “Here’s what I see: _____. What do you see?”
