Elegance Manifesto (IP)
The Agile Manifesto has provided immense value to organizations over the past 20+ years. The adjacent expression “Elegance Manifesto” aims to leverage that value, expressed with different words, to provide value most relevant for this decade.
The Elegance Manifesto has two objectives.
Convert innovation professionals from software-centric methodologies to a people-centric methodology
Combat VUCA and shape a culture of high discipline, high empathy, and organizational elegance
The title “Elegance Manifesto” is, of course, a riff off “Agile Manifesto,” which is already familiar to many innovation professionals.
Innovation practitioners use this expression and the manifesto’s substance as a foundation for its innovation culture.
