Founded in 1951, the Association of IT Professionals (AITP) remains one of the largest professional technology associations in the country. We’ve had a decade and more of Waterfall and Agile, yet project failures rates remain high, and many projects are more difficult than they should be. Conversations about culture are great, but many of them contain a lot of ambiguity, detached from realities of daily work.
